The story behind the work
Ulla, Founder & Practitioner
I know what it is to feel like a stranger in your own body. To move through the world carrying things that have no name yet: grief, disconnection, the quiet ache of not quite belonging to yourself.
My path back began slowly, through breath, through movement, through the gentle practice of paying attention. I trained as a doula, a yoga teacher, and a hypnobirthing practitioner, but the real education came from my own body, and from the women who trusted me with theirs.
Coming Home is the space I wished had existed for me. It is for every woman who has ever felt too much, or not enough, and is ready to find her way back.
What guides this work
Long before the mind finds words, the body holds the truth. Every offering here begins with deep respect for your body's innate wisdom and its capacity to heal.
In a world that rushes, this is a place that pauses. Healing is not a race. We move at the pace of breath, of seasons, of the quiet unfolding that cannot be forced.
There is no version of you that is too broken, too complicated, or too far gone. Every woman, every mother, every girl: you are welcome here exactly as you are.
This work is not about fixing what is wrong with you. It is about holding what is tender, witnessing what has been unseen, and remembering what was always whole.
